Our Gingerbread House
My mom bought the girls a gingerbread house kit and we had so much fun making it! The girls loved putting candy all over it. I'm not sure if more got onthe house or in their bellies, though. It was such a fun project to do together!

Ho Ho Ho!
We had a couple opportunities to go see Santa this weekend and I was hoping to get the traditional Santa photo at some point. My hopes weren't too high since Kaylin is afraid of Santa and Maryella doesn't know who he is. I knew Annlee was jumping at the chance to go see him, so I was counting on at least one good picture.
The following pictures are what I got...

The picture I knew I would get, Santa and Annlee!
Maryella was fine as long as I was right there with her.
Then, much to my surprise, Kaylin was willing to stand beside Santa as long as Maryella was in between. (Of course, she was bribed with the promise of picking something from her favorite local store here.)
Downtown later that night:
Kaylin had a good experience that morning, so she said she was brave enough to go see Santa again that night. I was really proud of her. Maryella wasn't too thrilled with the idea.

I love this one. Maryella is trying to figure out who that guy is. She kept calling him Papa.

Best friends
It's funny - when all three of the girls are together, someone gets left out - usually Maryella. But if it's just her with one of her sisters, they play really well together. Maryella and Annlee play especially well together. It's so much fun to watch them. Today they had a ball playing together with their babies in the laundry basket. Watching the girls together is one of my favorite things in the world to do!
