Desoto State Park

The girls and I drove up to visit my parents this past weekend and we all went to the mountains with them and with Lindsey. We met my dad's brother and his family there as well. It was so much fun - I just wish it had lasted longer! Here are tons of pictures from our trip...

The news you've all been waiting for!.......

Here are the latest pictures of our beautiful baby..... GIRL! Yes, by next March we will have 4 little girls! And I couldn't be happier! Can't you just see all of them playing together in about 4 or 5 years? They are going to have so much fun! And imagine all the finger nails I'll get to paint, clothes they can share, secrets they can laugh about! So exciting to think about!
And now, I proudly introduce you to Elianna Grace, our sweet baby girl ....

It's a girl!

And I thought I'd just give a bit of explanation about her name. It's a combination name from the names Elizabeth and Anna. Therefore, it is pronounced like Ellie Anna. Elizabeth appears several times on both of our family trees. We got it mainly from one of Jeff's great-great grandmothers. Anna is Jeff's grandmother's first name. Grace is taken from Gracy, a last name on Jeff's family tree and a name that Jeff has loved for a while.
Also, when I looked to find the meaning of the name, I found the name Eliana (so we just added the one "n") was a Hebrew name meaning "My God has answered me." Jeff and I prayed and talked about whether or not to have this baby for over a year before we felt like we knew we were on the same page and acting in God's will. So the name is very appropriate and special to us!

Watch out world! Here comes photographer Kaylin!

And I do mean, WATCH OUT! I think we created a monster when we gave Kaylin a camera for her birthday. She loves taking pictures! And no subject is safe. We have numerous pictures of her shoes, tv shows she has watched, Maryella having a temper tantrum, various dress up clothes, and even these artsy pictures that I have no idea what they are. We had an interesting afternoon sorting through the 294 pictures on her camera yesterday. These are some that she has deemed her "favorites" and I thought I'd share them with you! (Lucky you!)

Tampa celebrations...

OK, I think this will be the final post about Kaylin's birthday (it better be, because Annlee's will start up soon, haha!)
We went to Tampa this past weekend and celebrated Kaylin's birthday there. Kaylin and Annlee had a great time playing with their cousin, Madison. She and Kaylin are only about 7 weeks apart in age and love any chance to play together.
So we had cake and opened gifts and then the next day, Mema and Papa took us to Disney on Ice. That was so much fun! Thank you Mema and Papa! After the show, we went to eat at Olive Garden and then we had to get back home. It was a short but very fun trip!

Eating with Kaylin

Here are a few pictures from when I went to eat lunch with Kaylin at school. I just now got around to getting these off of her camera. And then there is one from when we took her out to eat and they brought the cake to her and sang.
