Elianna turned 1 this past Tuesday! I can't believe how time has flown! It seems like just yesterday that she was born. 
We were so excited that she was finally coming to complete our family. 
It's been a busy year, but oh so fun!
On the day of her birthday, we gave her a wagon. She wasn't too sure what to think about it but seems to like riding in it. 
We even took her in it up to the church the other day to pick Maryella up from preschool and she loved it! Today, we had her birthday party with our family. Marmie and Granda, Mema and Papa, Aunt Heather, Rafael and Elijah all came for the occassion. 
We had a great time and Elianna was so cute opening her gifts.
She got lots of cute toys and pretty clothes.
My favorite part was when she would open clothes and then put them on her head. What a silly girl she is.
Then it was cake time! I made this cake for her Twinkle Twinkle Little Star theme. 
She seemed to know that there was something special going on. 
It took a bit of coaxing to get her start digging in but once she did, there was no stopping her! 
By the end, she had had her fill of that sugary sweet icing and was to the point of almost being sick. She actually gagged a little on it and we figured she was about done at that point, haha!
Afterwards, a bath was in order and then a long nap. What a sweet girly she is! I love her so!
